How to make Pineapple Gratin:
Step 1: Preheat oven and pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch (23×23 cm) baking pan.
Step 2: Mix the wet ingredients: In a large bowl, combine 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp cornstarch, and 2 tsp vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Top and Bake: Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Top evenly with 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle 1 teaspoon cinnamon over entire surface.
