Preparation:
First, for the fire mixture, boil the butter in small pieces with 250 ml water and salt in a saucepan.
Once melted, pour in the flour all at once.
Then stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until a lump has formed and a white coating can be seen on the bottom of the pot
Then place the dough in a mixing bowl. Stir one egg after the other thoroughly into the warm dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer.
Fill the mass into a pastry bag with a large star nozzle.
Then preheat the oven to 200 x (circulating air 180 x x). Spray twelve rosettes on a baking sheet with baking paper at a large distance.
Now push the tray into the oven (center), pour a cup of water on the bottom of the oven (or on a second baking sheet on the lowest rail that has been heated) and quickly close the oven door.
Diaper bags for 20-25 min. bake until golden brown (do not open the oven door!). Take out, cut a lid from each and let it cool on a cake rack.
