Quick and long-lasting stock cube for salad

(This recipe can be made with or without the Thermomix. Thermomix instructions are in brackets.) 1.
Put the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and vegetable stock in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend for 5-8 seconds with a blender (10 sec./5 pcs.).
Bottle the sauce and store it in the refrigerator after it has cooled. The vinegar will preserve it and keep it fresh for a long time. It is perfect for any leafy salad or raw vegetables.
The sauce is also a great souvenir or a small homemade gift.
