Preparation:
So first wash the cauliflower, divide it into small florets and boil in salted water until tender.
Then you should not chop too finely with the wand, it can also be done with a fork.
Now combine with eggs, cheese and spices in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, wait a little and let swell.
Then form the mass into meatballs and fry in olive oil from both sides.
If you want, you can also process a small onion with it.
Serve with sour cream or remoulade as a dip
A green salad goes well with it.
