2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 tsp dried oregano (optional)
1.5 tsp dried basil (optional)
Butter or olive oil for brushing (optional)
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: Whisk together almond flour, baking powder, salt, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, and any dried herbs (oregano and basil) in a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients: Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined and a dough forms.
Shape the flatbreads: Divide the dough into four equal portions. Place each portion on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each portion into a thin flatbread shape using your hands or a rolling pin. Bake:
Bake in a preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the flatbreads are cooked through.
Optional toppings:
Once baked, brush the flatbreads with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley for extra flavor.
