Recept på perfekt bröd utan knådning

Instructions:

1. Activate the yeast:

Mix the lukewarm water, sugar and dry yeast in a large bowl.

Stir gently and let it stand for about 5-10 minutes until the mixture becomes foamy.

2. Mix the dough:

Add the flour and salt to the yeast mixture.

Stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until all ingredients come together into a sticky dough.

No kneading is necessary! Just make sure everything is well mixed.
