Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Place the pork tenderloins in the pan, brush with oil and season with seasoning salt.
Whisk together the honey, stock, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, salt, cornstarch and red pepper flakes.
Pour the sauce around the pork tenderloin in the pan – avoid pouring on top of the pork as this will prevent it from browning.
Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes until a meat thermometer registers at least 60 degrees Celsius. Remove from the oven and cover to rest for 10 minutes.
Carve the pork tenderloin and serve with the sauce.
NOTES
Tip:
Size matters: this recipe will not work with a pork tenderloin that is much larger and requires a longer cooking time. During the time it takes for the pork tenderloin to cook, the sauce will burn. If your pork tenderloins are larger than 500 grams each, you can add the sauce during the last 15-20 minutes of cooking time.
Check the temperature. As always, the best way to tell if the meat is done is to use a meat thermometer. Pork chops should be 140-155 degrees Fahrenheit!
Don’t overcook. Because pork is a lean meat, it can dry out more easily than other types of meat. Be sure to remove it from the oven as soon as possible after it reaches 140-150 degrees Fahrenheit.
Let it rest. Letting the meat rest for 10 minutes before carving is the key to juicy pork.

Cooker: You can make this recipe in the slow cooker! Simply add the pork tenderloins and sauce and cook on low for 3 hours or until done.
Pork Tenderloin: I don’t recommend pork tenderloin for this recipe because they are so much larger and require so much longer cooking time. If you want to serve the sauce with a pork tenderloin you are cooking, just simmer it on the stove until it thickens.
Storage:
Leftover pork tenderloin will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or in the freezer for 4-6 months. To reheat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator if frozen, then reheat either in the microwave or in the oven until heated through.
