recipe for no-rest crêpes – quick, easy and perfect for a spontaneous treat!

👩‍🍳 How to do it ?
Whisk the eggs with the brown sugar, vanilla sugar and orange blossom water in a large bowl.
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Gradually stir in the flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk, until you get a smooth and even batter.
Adjust the consistency: the batter should be liquid but not too runny.
You can let it rest for 15 to 30 minutes if you have time, otherwise you can go straight to cooking.
Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little butter, then pour in a ladle of batter and fry each crêpe for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
