Pour the batter into the pan using a ladle or 1/4 cup measure. Cook each pancake for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look firm. Flip the pancakes and cook the other side for another 1–2 minutes, until golden brown.
Once the pancakes are done, it’s time to choose your toppings! Spread chocolate hazelnut butter, drizzle honey, add a dollop of jam or sprinkle with sugar – whatever you like.
