2. Ventilate — Even in Winter
It may feel cold, but short bursts of fresh air make a big difference in balancing indoor humidity.
Try this today:
Open windows for 5–10 minutes, especially in:
Bathroom
Kitchen
Rooms where everyone sleeps
Do this once or twice during the day.
Fresh air helps push moist indoor air out.
3. Use Fans Strategically

Place one near a window to help air move out.
Point a fan toward the room exit while you’re airing it out.
This combination helps push humid air out faster than just opening a window alone.
4. Towel + Fan Hack for Rapid Drying

Lay a dry towel along the base of the window or sill.
Turn a fan on low pointing toward the window area.
The towel will soak up moisture while the fan moves air — drying things quickly.
This simple hack is a great stopgap when it’s too cold to open windows wide for long.
