1. First, separate the eggs. Then, beat 4 egg yolks, sugar, and 1 packet of vanilla sugar until thick and foamy.

2. Next, add the oil and water, continuing to beat. Then, gently fold in 1 cup of flour with 1 packet of baking powder, and finally, fold in the beaten egg whites. Top with fruit.

3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Tip: It’s best to bake on a smaller baking sheet or in a baking pan so the cake doesn’t become too thin.

After baking, dust with icing sugar. Enjoy!
