Sweet Mexican pancakes

Method:

Mix the dry ingredients: Mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
Mix the wet ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, butter and vanilla.
Mix: Pour the wet into the dry and mix gently (some lumps are okay!).
Preparation: Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add a little butter and ladle about 3.5 dl of batter per pancake. Fry until bubbles form, flip and brown the other side.
Serve hot: Add toppings such as honey, fruit or dulce de leche.
