Preparation:
First, it is easy to separate the eggs. Then beat the egg whites until stiff. Now put the remaining ingredients and the egg yolks in a bowl, mix and finally add the beaten egg whites. Then pour the curd into a greased mold sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at about 180 °C, top/bottom heat, for about 60-70 minutes, without opening the oven door. Let the cake cool in the oven. Do not remove it from the tin until it has cooled completely. Enjoy your meal!
