Then take them out of the pan and soak them in cold water, peel them and cut them into small pieces.
In the meantime, wash and clean the radishes and cut them into very thin slices.
Now mix the mayonnaise with salt, pepper, vinegar, radishes and sour cream in a bowl. Then add the eggs and let them marinate in the refrigerator for three hours.
After they have marinated in the refrigerator, season the salad again with salt, pepper and a little mustard, if desired.
The best salad ever, egg salad from the GDR era, simple as pie and super delicious.
