The eggplant of my dreams!

🍽️ 2 tablespoons olive oil Preparation:

Eggplants: Halve the eggplants and scoop out the core.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

🍆⏲️ Stuffing: Dice the chicken and fry it in a pan with garlic.

Add tomato paste, sesame seeds, salt, pepper, and chili.

🍗🔥 Stuffing: Fill the hollowed-out eggplants with the chicken filling,

sprinkle with grated mozzarella and sesame seeds.

🧀🍚 Bake for another 10 minutes at 180°C,

until the cheese is beautifully golden.
