👩🍳 How to Make It
1. Prep Your Produce
Wash tomatoes and cucumber. Chop into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion.
2. Mix the Dressing
Whisk olive oil, vinegar, garlic, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl or shake in a jar. Taste and tweak to your liking.
3. Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, toss tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and basil. Add cheese if using. Pour the dressing over and gently mix. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to let the flavors bloom.
4. Serve & Enjoy
