Cooking method:
1. Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy.
2. Add melted butter, milk, zest and lemon juice and mix well.
3. Add the sifted flour with baking powder and mix gently until a smooth dough is obtained.
4. Peel the apples, cut in half and cut into thin slices – put them radially on the dough in a baking dish lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180 XC for 40-45 minutes until the apple pie is nicely browned.
6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve while still warm! 🍽️
