This endive gratin with smoked salmon, with lemon cream and melted cheese… a real treat, so easy to make

Preparation:
1. Heat and prepare the endives
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Wash the endives, cut them in half lengthwise and steam them for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the lemon cream
Mix the crème fraîche, lemon juice and zest in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Assemble the gratin
Place the endives in a gratin dish, add the smoked salmon in pieces and top with the lemon cream.
4. Finish and bake
Sprinkle grated cheese and bake for 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
