1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar (optional, for better rising)
7 g dry yeast or 25 g fresh yeast
350 ml warm water
Optional:
1 tbsp olive oil for a smooth dough
Seeds (e.g. flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds) for sprinkling
