Preparation:
First, mix the ground beef in a bowl with salt, paprika, black pepper, and an egg.
Then finely chop the green onion and 1/2 onion and add them to the ground beef.
Now fill the tortillas with the meat mixture and cheese and roll them up.
Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish.
Now sprinkle the cheese over the tortillas.
Bake the baked wraps in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted and has a golden crust.
