White Salad – Healthy and Budget-Friendly

Preparation:
Slice the cabbage thinly, squeeze it dry by hand and sprinkle with salt. Grate the peeled carrots coarsely and mix them with the cabbage.
Cut the smoked chicken breast into small cubes. Add the chicken to the salad, season with mayonnaise and mix well.
You can also add herbs such as parsley, dill and coriander. The salad will be more balanced if you replace the mayonnaise with sour cream.
