4. Mix the remaining strained tomatoes with some seasoning and the crème fraîche, and pour about half of the mixture into a baking dish.
5. Fill the wraps, roll them up, and place them in the dish, adding any leftover filling as well. Finally, pour the remaining sauce over the top, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
