1οΈβ£ Prepare
Place a baking sheet on a tray or baking sheet.
Make sure the peanuts are at room temperature (cold nuts can make the chocolate grainy).
2οΈβ£ Melt the chocolate
Bain-marie (recommended):
Bring some water to the boil in a saucepan and turn off the heat.
Place a heat-resistant bowl over the saucepan (it must not touch the water).
Add the chocolate and stir until completely melted and smooth.
Alternatively: melt the chocolate in the microwave for 20β30 seconds at a time, stirring between each heating.
3οΈβ£ Mix
Add the coconut oil and stir well.
Turn the peanuts over so that they are all covered in chocolate.
