Ingredients:
– 1 broccoli, cut into florets
– 1 red bell pepper, diced
– 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
– 1 orange bell pepper, diced
– 1 carrot, grated
– 1 squash, sliced
– 2.5 dl cherry tomatoes, halved
– 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
– 2.5 dl light cheese (e.g. mozzarella or cottage cheese)
– 2.5 dl low-fat milk
– 2 eggs
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 tsp dried basil
– 1 tsp dried oregano
