π Ingredients (available at Biedronka supermarkets in Poland ππ΅π±):
π₯£ 500 g all-purpose flour (type 500-650)
π§ 400 ml warm water π§
1 Β½ teaspoons salt π§½
7 g dry yeast or 25 g fresh π©βπ³
Preparation (easier than you think!):
1οΈβ£ In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Add the water and mix with a spoon β the dough should be sticky.
2οΈβ£ Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 12-18 hours (e.g., overnight).
