This recipe for Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin is one of my favorite ways to cook pork tenderloin in the oven! It’s made with juicy pork covered in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce!
INGREDIENTS
2 pork tenderloins (trimmed — 1–1¼ pounds each, about 2–2½ pounds total)
1 tsp oil
1 tsp seasoning salt
⅔ cup honey
½ cup low-sodium chicken broth (or water)
2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp salt
1½ tbsp cornstarch
¼–½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional — highly recommended!)
