A salad that will empty your stomach and burn fat

🛒 Ingredient:
1 large cucumber
7 3 ripe tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 bunch parsley
1/2 chili pepper (optional, for sharpness)
Fifteen juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
X salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 clove garlic (finely chopped or pressed through a press, optional)
