Tuna Acras – Crispy and delicious deep-fried pieces
Ingredients (for about 30 small deep-fried pieces)
280 g tuna in brine (drained)
250 g flour
1 bag of baking powder
2 eggs
20 cl milk
1 tsp salt
1 spring onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic, chopped (or 1 tsp garlic powder)
1 shallot, finely chopped
4 sprigs of parsley, chopped
1 pinch of dried thyme
Pepper to taste
Frying oil
