This vegetable pasta is one of the best I’ve ever made. Rich in fresh vegetables and wrapped in a soft, crispy crust, it’s perfect for any meal. I hope you enjoy making it as much as I did. Here we go!

Ingredients
For the dough:
1 teaspoon warm milk (100 ml)
1 teaspoon warm water (100 ml)
Half a teaspoon cooking oil (50 ml)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar (20 grams)
1 tablespoon dry yeast (10 grams)
4 cups flour (480 grams)
1 teaspoon salt (8 grams)
For the filling:
1 red pepper, diced
Half a yellow pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
1 green tomato, diced
6 green peppers, diced
4 scallions, chopped into small pieces
