Ingredients
1 ripe banana?
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Step by step to make flourless vanilla oatmeal pancakes
1: Mix the batter
Add the ripe banana, eggs, oats, baking powder, vanilla extract and salt to a blender.
Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the batter is smooth and slightly thick.
2: Let it rest
Let the batter sit for 2-3 minutes while the pan heats up. This will help the oats absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture slightly.
