Olive Oil Dip with Warm Bread
Description
This is that classic restaurant-style dip: fruity extra-virgin olive oil pooled on a plate with herbs, garlic, and a hint of heat, perfect for tearing off pieces of warm bread and soaking it all up. It’s simple, elegant, and takes just a couple of minutes to make, but feels special every time.
Ingredients
For the dip:
½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1–2 cloves garlic, very finely minced or grated
