Vegan Orange and Lemon Cake: Easy and delicious recipe
This vegan orange and lemon cake is a light, fragrant and animal-free dessert. Ingredients:
200 ml orange juice (3/4 cup)
130 g sugar (2/3 cup)
1/2 tsp. 1/2 dl vanilla extract
120 ml vegetable oil
300 g flour
15 g baking powder
1 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp lemon zest
80 ml boiling water
Apricot jam (for the glaze)
