A delicious Turkish eggplant recipe – a aromatic classic

1️⃣Wash the eggplants, remove the stems, and slice them lengthwise without cutting them completely through – spread them out in a fan shape as shown in the photo. 🔹#

2️⃣Salt the eggplants on both sides and let them rest for 15 minutes to remove the bitterness. Then pat them dry with paper towels. 🔹

 

3️⃣Prepare the coating: whisk the eggs with the spices and add the flour separately. 🔹
