Absolutely CRAZY dessert – and everyone is talking about it

Instructions
Prepare the apple:
Peel, core and grate the apple. Mix the grated apple with the juice of half a lemon to prevent browning and give it a fresh taste. Set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons sugar until well combined.
Add the milk and oil to the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
Mix the dry ingredients:
Sieve the flour and baking powder into a separate bowl.
Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Do not overmix.
Add the apple:
Stir the grated apple into the batter until evenly distributed.
