Ingredients:

8 spring roll papers
8 slices provolone cheese
450g beef strips (e.g. sirloin or ribeye)
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large egg, beaten
McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning (to taste)
Vegetable oil (enough to fill a deep frying pan for frying)
