Cornbread Cake with Sour Cream

Unsalted butter (melted) 60 ml
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
How to make Cornbread Cake with Sour Cream:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease and flour a 23 cm round cake pan or line it with baking paper. Step 2: Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cornmeal, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Step 3: Mix the wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, 1/2 cup melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Step 4: Mix the wet and dry ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and gently mix with a spatula until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
