🌶 For the spicy sauce:
60 g sour cream (about 1/4 cup)
40 g mayonnaise (about 3 heaped teaspoons)
30 g tomato paste or ketchup (2 heaped teaspoons)
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 small pickled cucumber, finely chopped
5–6 green olives without pits, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Prepare the chicken:
Cut the chicken breast into smaller pieces. Season with salt, chicken seasoning and paprika. Mix well so that the pieces are thoroughly coated.
2. Make the batter:
Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add water a little at a time. Then gradually mix in the flour until you get a smooth, pancake-like batter.
