Grandma’s cabbage rolls

Preparation:
1️⃣
Soak the old rolls in water and then squeeze them well to remove excess moisture.
2️⃣
Finely chop the onion and place it in a large bowl.
3️⃣
Add the minced meat, the squeezed rolls, the egg, salt, pepper and paprika to the onion and mix well until smooth.
4️⃣
Blanch the cabbage in a large saucepan to loosen the leaves. To do this, put the cabbage in boiling water for a few minutes and then dip it in ice-cold water.
