Grilled Chicken Pieces with Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
For the chicken:
450g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 2.5cm cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
For the creamy garlic sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Prepare the chicken by mixing the cubes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper if you prefer a spicy sauce.
Turn well to coat the chicken evenly. Grill the chicken cubes over medium heat.
Fry for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side until cooked through and golden brown.
While the chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce by mixing the mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
