Juicy nut cake – prepared in 10 minutes!

Ingredients (loaf pan or small baking sheet):

✅ 3 eggs
✅ 1 cup sugar
✅ 1/2 cup oil
✅ 1 cup buttermilk or plain yogurt
✅ 2 cups all-purpose flour
✅ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✅ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
✅ 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
✅ 1 cup chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
✅ a pinch of salt

Optional for the topping:

✅ 50 g butter
✅ 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
✅ 1 tablespoon milk
✅ a handful of chopped nuts for sprinkling
