1 tsp ground cinnamon
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
Dough: In a food processor, combine flour, butter and sugar until a moist crumb mixture forms. Add egg and salt and mash until dough forms a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Filling: Melt butter in a pan and add apples. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until apples are soft. Add sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Mix well.
