Instructions
Preparation of the ingredients:
Wash and dry the chicken fillets. Cut them into thin slices. Coarsely grate the squash. Chop the garlic.
Fry the chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the chicken fillets and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the squash and garlic:
Add the squash and garlic to the same pan. Fry for another 3-4 minutes, stirring to blend the flavors.
Make the sauce:
Pour the cream into the pan and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Fry for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
Serving:
Serve the finished dish with pasta, rice or fresh bread. Sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley as a garnish.
