15 g salt
15 g granulated vegetable stock
220 g crème fraîche or whipping cream
220 g white balsamic vinegar
300 g water
50 g sugar
350 g plain yoghurt, 0.1% fat
70 g mustard
250 g oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
