Ingredients:
✅ 500g all-purpose flour (550 can also be used)
✅ 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
✅ 1/2 teaspoon sugar
✅ 1/4 teaspoon dry yeast (yes, that’s all!)
✅ 400ml lukewarm water
✅ 2-3 garlic cloves (pressed)
✅ 1 tablespoon olive oil
✅ a handful of fresh rosemary or thyme (dried can be substituted)
✅ optional: garlic butter for brushing after baking
