Stuffed Pan Rolls are the perfect recipe for a quick, delicious and economical meal

Step 1: Preparing the bun dough
Mixing the dry ingredients: Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
Adding the liquid ingredients: Gradually pour in the lukewarm milk while stirring, then stir in the melted butter.
Kneading: Knead the dough by hand or with a food processor until soft and smooth. This will take about 10 minutes. Let the dough rest: Form a ball, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. The dough should rise slightly.
Step 2: Shape the buns
Divide the dough: Divide the dough into 6 equal parts on a floured work surface.
Roll out the pieces: Flatten each part into a disc with a diameter of about 15 cm.
Add the filling: Place a generous portion of grated cheese and a slice of cold meat in the center of each disc.
Seal the buns: Bring the edges of the disc towards the center and pinch them together to seal. Carefully roll each bun into a ball.
