Ingredients:
For the potatoes:
500 g potatoes
100 g flour (type 00)
For frying:
Seed oil for frying
Salt to taste.
Method:
Preparing the potatoes:
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water until soft (about 15 to 20 minutes).
Drain the water from the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
